Andrea Elliott

Andrea has over 20 years of retail executive experience and has spent several years leading a significant Performance Improvement practice driving financial results and supporting expansion plans for retailers entering North American or North American retailers expanding internationally. 

Andrea now operates r2 retail resources, an independent consultancy that supports retailers in strategic initiatives, growth plans and SG&A improvements.  Previously she was the VP & General Manager of PVH Canada Retail (Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, IZOD & Bass).  She was also an EVP at PwC & COO with Karabus Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Firm focused on the retail industry.  Prior to PwC, as the Director of Canada Operations, she led the introduction of Williams-Sonoma Inc. brands into Canada.  Andrea also has had an extensive senior executive career with Gap Inc. in the International Division focused on expansion in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany & Japan.

Andrea is a results and client focused professional.  With a background of proven success in driving domestic and international retail businesses, she brings clients an entrepreneurial mix of vision, analytical and implementation skills.

Anne Walker

Anne is an accomplished and versatile retail professional having contributed at an executive level across numerous roles with a range of accountabilities, such as: new business development, planning, sales and merchandising, operations and project management.

Anne has imagined and led a variety of successful product, process and operational initiatives for luxury and department store brands in both Canada and the United States, including Holt Renfrew, Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson’s Bay, and Brooks Brothers. These various initiatives span retail functional areas and channels resulting in sales growth, cost efficiencies, new customer acquisition and brand enhancement. 

Recently, Anne has been working in an advisory capacity, leveraging her specialties to support retail businesses in both channels and of varying sizes.
